The Story

After living in seven countries and adapting to diverse cultures and traditions, I discovered a truth that feels increasingly rare in today's world: our well-being is shaped by the quality of our relationships — to ourselves, to others, and to the life we are building.
This understanding deepened when I faced significant health challenges. What followed was a full-spectrum exploration of human well-being: psychology, somatic practices, integrative health, nutrition, biohacking, exercise, meditation, prayer, Christianity and longevity science. Rooted Health grew out of this integration and reflects my life journey.
Today, I bring together individuals who value health, purpose, and meaningful connection. Through discussion circles, workshops, and events, we cultivate communities in which lives become steadier, more empowering, and purposeful.

Mission
Rooted Health creates spaces where people can reflect and gain knowledge about health and longevity, and build meaningful relationships that form the foundation of a prosperous life.
We offer grounded discussion, practical tools, and well-being practices informed by psychology, science, and long-standing British and European traditions of contemplative health. These experiences strengthen purpose, emotional steadiness, and the capacity to form lasting bonds that reflect our deepest values.
Vision
My vision is to establish an internationally recognised platform in Cambridge that brings together evidence-based health, longevity science, and a sense of community.
Rooted Health aims to become a place of meaningful dialogue, where we cultivate long-lasting relationships and contribute to a culture of clarity, purpose, and well-being.
